Program Overview
This program enables WOST members to participate in workshops, conferences, or to visit other groups on WOST-related topics. We generally encourage longer visits (a week to a month) over shorter ones, and requests where the visit is co-funded by the applicant's or hosting institute may be prioritised.
Eligibility
- WOST consortium members only
- Must coordinate with your Group's Principal Investigator before applying
-
Expenses will be reimbursed upon reception of receipts after the trip
For urgent cases, partial reimbursement prior to the trip may be available — contact wost@cstq.org.
Funding Details
Funding requests will be approved by the applicant's group Principal Investigator and the budget coordinator.
Covered expenses include travel (fares and fees), accommodation, and conference fees. First/business class travel and meal expenses are not covered.
